Independence and transparency

CQCaudit is an independent project about CQC registration, compliance and assessment readiness in England.

Independent of the regulator

CQCaudit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or connected to the Care Quality Commission or any other regulator. References to CQC identify the regulator and its processes; they do not claim official status.

CQC makes its own registration, assessment, rating and enforcement decisions. Independent support cannot guarantee those decisions or substitute for them.

Clear separation of information and services

The guides explain relevant requirements and link to primary sources. Service pages describe proposed audit and support scopes. Where a guide links to a related CQCaudit service, that commercial connection is visible.

An audit report, mock inspection or readiness result is independent work. It is not an official CQC report, rating, approval or certificate.

Evidence behind claims

This review version does not claim a client track record, success rate, accreditation, insurance cover or regulatory authorisation for the proposed service business. Such statements require their own verified basis.

The design uses an independent wordmark and does not reproduce CQC's logo or official rating graphics.
